License

When you buy or download a template from CodeIn Solutions, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use it as described below. The license is yours (the person or company that bought it) and does not expire. The same terms apply to paid and free templates unless a product page says otherwise. Templates bought on ThemeForest are covered by the Envato Market license instead.

You may

• Use the template to build unlimited websites, for yourself, your company or your clients, including commercial websites.
• Build a website for a client with it and hand over the finished website to that client.
• Edit, restyle and rearrange it, and combine it with your own code, text, images and branding.
• Publish and run the finished websites on any hosting, and charge for your work building them.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense, share or give away the template files themselves, edited or not, including as part of a template pack, bundle or library.
• Offer the template, or a version of it, as a template, theme or kit for others to use, on any marketplace or website.
• Add the template to a website builder, SaaS product or theme gallery where other people can pick it as a starting design.
• Claim the template design as your own work, or use it in a logo or trademark.
• Use the template for unlawful, defamatory or hateful content.

In short: the websites you build are yours to use and hand over; the template itself is not yours to pass on. Each person or team that builds websites with the template should get their own copy.

Requirements

Each product page lists what the template needs, for example WordPress and the free Elementor plugin for Elementor kits, or Node.js for React and Next.js templates. Third-party software, plugins and services are not part of this license and are covered by their own terms.

Fonts

Templates use free fonts such as those from Google Fonts, released under licenses like the SIL Open Font License that allow commercial use. Fonts are not part of this license. The documentation included with each template lists its fonts and where they come from.

Photos and preview images

Photos shown in demos and previews are for illustration only and are not included unless the product page says so. Templates come with placeholder images, so you can add your own. You are responsible for having the rights to any photos, logos and other content you add.

Ownership and ending the license

CodeIn Solutions keeps all ownership and copyright in the templates. If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using the template files, though websites you already delivered in good faith may stay online.
