These terms apply to your use of codeinsolution.com and to the templates CodeIn Solutions (“we”) publishes. By using this website or buying or downloading a template, you agree to them.

About this website

CodeIn Solutions is a catalog of website templates (HTML templates, Elementor kits, WordPress themes, and React and Next.js templates) designed and built by us. You can browse templates and their live demos here; you buy and download them on Gumroad.

Buying and downloading

• Purchases, payments, taxes, receipts and downloads are handled by Gumroad under Gumroad's terms.
• Prices are shown on each product page and confirmed at Gumroad checkout. Gumroad may add taxes that apply where you live.
• Your files are delivered right after checkout and stay available in your Gumroad library.
• Free templates are delivered the same way, at no cost.

Refunds

Templates are digital files you can download immediately, so purchases are generally final. If a file is damaged, will not install or open, or is materially different from its description, contact us within 30 days of purchase through the contact page. We will fix the problem or, if we cannot, refund your purchase through Gumroad. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Using templates

Templates are licensed, not sold. What you may do with them is set out in the License, which forms part of these terms. All rights not granted there stay with CodeIn Solutions.

Product information

We describe each template as accurately as we can, including its pages, features and requirements. Demos and previews may show photos that are not included in the download; each product page and the included documentation say what you receive. Plugins, hosting and other software a template needs are provided by their own makers, and their updates may change how a template looks or works.

Acceptable use of this website

Do not misuse this website: do not try to break or overload it, access areas that are not public, scrape it in bulk, or use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The CodeIn Solutions name and logo, this website's design and content, and all templates, demos and preview images are owned by CodeIn Solutions or used under license, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Disclaimer and liability

Templates and this website are provided “as is”. We do not promise they will suit every purpose or be free of errors, and you are responsible for the websites and content you create with them. To the extent the law allows, CodeIn Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any template is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy a template applies to that purchase. Questions are welcome through the contact page.
